My Story:
Hi! I’m Mari. I was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil, and have been living in the UK for the past 12-13 years.
I've always been a woman who takes care of herself. Since I was a teenager, I've wanted to look and feel good. Growing up in Brazil, it was part of the culture—summers by the beach, wearing bikinis. Fast forward to when I moved to the UK in 2014 (I first came in 2012 but spent the next two years going back and forth before settling in 2014), everything changed.

I was fortunate enough to have the job of my dreams from a very young age. My first role involved advancing shows for local DJs, which quickly led to working with renowned international DJs. I was 17 when I began promoting local gigs, and by the time I was 19, I was touring with legends like Carl Cox and Paul Van Dyk.

I then worked with the Pacha nightclub brand in Brazil and events like Creamfields. How could it get any better?
I was being paid to attend the best parties in the country, meeting amazing people, and having access to incredible experiences.In my early twenties, I was booking and managing electronic music gigs, collaborating with fantastic brands, staying in 5-star hotels, dining at Michelin-starred restaurants, and even travelling in private jets.
I thought I knew exactly who I wanted to be: an artist manager, specifically for DJs. It sounds like a dream, right? But deep down, I was empty. I was drinking every weekend, which eventually led to using cocaine.
I became distant from my parents, constantly sick and full of infections, and so obsessed with success that I lost touch with who I was and where I came from.​
Coaching
Early 2024, I decided to go back to studying, but this time to officially become a coach. I've completed over 100 hours of training in different methods and have graduated from three courses so far: Emotional Intelligence & Human Behaviour, Mindset Coaching, and Neuroscience Coaching.

Recently, I completed a 12-week detox: no gluten, dairy, sugar, or alcohol, going to bed early (10-10:30 pm), waking up at 5:30am on weekdays, hitting the gym five times a week (weightlifting and cardio combined). I added weekly yoga, deep tissue massages, 30-40 minute walks, and daily stretching. Even on weekends, I made sure to rest and recover. It might sound extreme, but I needed a radical change. The results, both mental and physical, speak for themselves.

That’s the journey I want to share with you. I know I can help you. I’m sharing what worked for me in these 12 weeks because I want you to realise that your health is your most valuable asset. Feeling good in all aspects of life is crucial for high performance.
